My passion for fitness training started over 20 years ago. Having a weight problem most of my life, I tried just about every diet and exercise program that was "in" at the time. It was through that long process of trial and error, that I realized what it takes to maintain weight control and fitness. My experiences have allowed me to help clients over the years, preventing them from losing motivation, wasting time with things that don't work and maximizing their efforts as they reach a level of success they never thought possible.
